Art. 9. (1) The Financial Controller is directly subordinated to the Executive Director.

(2) The Financial Controller carries out ex-ante control of the lawfulness according to the Financial Management and Control Act in the Public Sector and the Methodology of the Minister of Finance.

(3) The Financial Controller carries out the necessary checks and express an opinion on the legality before taking a decision related to the financial activity of the Agency. The order and the way of performing ex-ante control by the financial controller shall be determined by internal acts of the executive director.
