770 Transform point coordinates from one coordinate system to another, on paper and / or digitally
- Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) provides the transformed coordinates and elevations of points, incl. and from the geodetic basis, which are necessary for establishing the location of an object / property in materials made in different periods and coordinate systems, as well as for performing direct geodetic measurements in the implementation of investment projects, objects of engineering infrastructure, in maintaining the cadastral and specialized maps in current condition, etc.

- Tariff № 14 for fees, which are collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the regional governors - art. 49 and, para. 1, item 4

Form and manner of ordering the service
The following application is submitted:
- On site in the administrative unit of the Geocard Fund;
- Electronically via e-mail: Виж имейла... or through the online application form;
- Through the Cadastral-administrative information system KAIS;
- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).

Application.
Special requirements to the content of the application - the number, the coordinate system and the coordinates of the point (input parameters) must be indicated; the coordinate system in which to transform the coordinates (output parameter).
The application must indicate the form (in digital form and / or on paper) and the desired way of providing the service.
Form and manner of providing the service
The service is provided:
- In digital form (PDF format);
- Paper document.
The applicant receives a document containing data about the number of the point, its output and transformed coordinates and the respective coordinate systems, the nomenclature of the map sheet, in which the point falls in the coordinate system of the transformed coordinates.
The service is received iьn the way requested by the user:
- On site at the administrative unit for servicing the Geocard Fund;
- Electronically;
- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant.

Payment
A fixed fee of BGN 5 is paid for the service.
The fee is on point.
In case the service is requested and received only electronically, the fee is reduced by 30%.
The service fee is prepaid.
The service can be paid for in one of the following ways:
