1682 Issuance of a scheme-project for modification of an independent site

  • Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) issues an official document - a scheme-project of a separate site, certifying to all administrative, judicial bodies and persons with public functions that the approved, up-to-date KKKR has adopted a project for amendment of a separate site. which will change the data in the KKKR.

1. Through the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS).

To request the service electronically you must have a registration in the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS).

There are two ways of electronic application for registered users in KAIS:

- WITHOUT electronic signature, as the final result can be received at the counter or by courier service at the expense of the applicant;

- With a qualified electronic signature - if the application is signed with an electronic signature, it is possible that the final result will be obtained in the form of an electronic document in the personal profile.

Form and manner of requesting the service

The application is submitted by an interested person or his representative through the web portal for online services - KAIS (registration in the portal is required) or at the DESK of the regional geodesy, cartography and cadastre agency office (RGCCAO) selected by the applicant, regardless of the location of the property. When ordering the service at the DESK, the application is filled in electronically by an employee of RGCCAO - no pre-filled application is required.

When ordering the service through the KAIS online services web portal, the project scheme can be obtained as an electronic document in the applicant's profile / in case of a signed application with a qualified electronic signature / or as a paper document.

If the application has shortcomings (lack of legal interest on the part of the applicant, without data for paid fee, etc.), the administrative body shall notify the applicant with instructions to eliminate the shortcoming within 14 days (Article 19, paragraph 2 of Ordinance №). Necessary documents

1. Identity document - when ordering at the counter or signing the application with a qualified electronic signature when applying through CAIS;

2. Power of attorney - in cases of authorization;

3. Document certifying the existence of a legal interest (document of ownership; certificate of heirs; certificate of civil status, certificate of identity of persons with different names, etc.);

4. Number of the certificate for accepted project for amendment of the cadastral map and the cadastral registers;

5. Document / data for paid fee.

Form and manner of providing the service

The issued scheme-project of a separate site in a building or in a facility of the technical infrastructure is handed over to the user of the service in the way chosen in the application.

The service is provided:

- On site in the administrative unit for servicing RGCCAO;

- By courier service at the expense of the applicant;

- In the profile of a registered user in KAIS - portal, as an electronic document.

- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SЕSS).

Payment

A fixed fee is paid for the service depending on the type:

For an ordinary service BGN 20

For fast service BGN 40

In case the service is requested and received electronically (requested with a qualified electronic signature), the service fee is reduced by 30%.

The service fee is prepaid. The term for performance of the service starts running after payment of the due state fee.
