1695 Provision of rectangular coordinates, height and data for geodetic reference points
- Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) provides data for the points from the geodetic basis - for the triangular points in CS 1970 and CS 1950, and for the points determined by GNSS technologies in BGS 2005 (CS 2005 and CSC 2005). , which are necessary for performing direct geodetic measurements in the implementation of investment projects, objects of engineering infrastructure, in maintaining the cadastral and specialized maps in current condition, etc.

Form and manner of ordering the service

- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).
Required documents / data
Application.
Special requirements to the content of the application - for the triangular points it is obligatory to indicate: coordinate system (CS 1970 or CS 1950), the number of the point and the nomenclature of the map sheet from ETC in M 1: 5000, in which the point falls. For the points determined by GNSS technology, the following shall be indicated: the number of the point and the name of the site (GMMP, etc.) in which it is determined. The application must also indicate the form (in digital form and / or on paper) and the desired way of providing the service.
Form and manner of providing the service
The service is provided:
- In digital form (PDF format);
- Paper document.
The applicant shall obtain an excerpt from the catalogs of triangular points (m.p.) or from the registers of points determined by GNSS technology, which shall contain the following data: coordinate and altitude systems; number and class (for item only) of the point; rectangular (projection) coordinates and normal height (if known), method of determining coordinates and height; name (only for t.t.); presence of an underground center (only for the item); year of establishment; nomenclature of the map sheet M 1: 5000 and data on the current condition of the point, if available.
The service is received in the way requested by the user:
- On site at the administrative unit for servicing the Geocard Fund;
- Electronically;
- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant.

Payment
A fixed fee of BGN 7 is paid for the service.
To the point.
In case the service is requested and received only electronically, the fee is reduced by 30%.
The service fee is prepaid.
Pursuant to Art. 58, para. 6 of the Law on Cadastre and Property Register, the data for the points from the geodetic basis are published in the information system of the cadastre (https://kais.cadastre.bg/) and can be used free of charge.
