- Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) provides descriptions and heights / elevations of the leveling benchmarks from the State Leveling Network, which are necessary for research related to height determinations, as well as for performing direct geodetic measurements in the implementation of investment projects, objects of engineering. infrastructure, while maintaining the cadastral and specialized maps in current condition, etc.

Form and manner of ordering the service

Required documents / data
Application
Special requirements to the content of the application - it is obligatory to indicate: number (from DNM or UELN) of the leveling benchmark, number and class of the leveling line, number of the leveling polygon.
The application must also indicate the form (in digital form and / or on paper) and the desired way of providing the service.
Form and manner of providing the service
The service is provided:
- In digital form (PDF format);
- Paper document.
The applicant receives an excerpt from the catalogs of the leveling benchmarks, which contains the following data: number from the DNM and from the UELN of the leveling benchmark (HP); the numbers of the leveling line and the leveling polygon; the geodetic geographical coordinates, class, type and description of the HP; distances between HPs in case of providing more than one consecutive HP; the normal height and / or geopotential elevation of the HP and the corresponding altitude and gravimetric systems; year of determination of HP and number of the leveling cycle; HP status data, if available.
The service is received in the way requested by the user:
- On site at the administrative unit for servicing the Geocard Fund;
- Electronically;
- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant.

Payment
A fixed fee of BGN 10 is paid for the service.
On the benchmark.
In case the service is requested and received only electronically, the fee is reduced by 30%.
The service fee is prepaid.
