352 Issuance of a transcript-extract from the cadastral register of real estates in paper
- Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) issues a transcript-extract from the cadastral register of real estates in urbanized and non-urbanized territory, including the data for the real estates and the name of the owners and holders of limited real rights.

- Decree № 293 of 08.11.2016 amending and supplementing Tariff № 14 for fees collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the regional governors, adopted by Decree № 175 of the Council of Ministers of 1998 - §. 3, para. 2

- Restrictions and conventions:
1. According to amendment (SG, issue 2 of 2021, in force from 08.01.2021) of § 3, para. 2 of the TFP of Decree № 293 of 8.11.2016, the service is performed until 31.12.2023.
2. This service can be requested and received by any person, regardless of whether he is the owner of the property or not.

3.1. Through the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS).
To request the service electronically you must have a registration in the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS).
- There are two ways of electronic application for registered users in CAIS:
- WITHOUT electronic signature, as the final result can be received at the counter or by courier service at the expense of the applicant;
- With a qualified electronic signature - if the application is signed with an electronic signature, it is possible that the final result will be obtained in the form of an electronic document in the personal profile.

Form and manner of application
- An application at a regional GCCA office (RGCCAO) / application is submitted to RGCCAO selected by the applicant, regardless of the location of the real estate. When ordering a service at the DESK, the application is filled in electronically by an employee of RGCCAO - no pre-filled application is required;
- Through the web portal for electronic services - KAIS (registration in the portal is required);
- With an application by e-mail;
- With an application by mail;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SЕSS).

Form and method of delivery
The prepared document - the transcript-extract from the cadastral register of the real estates, is provided in the way requested by the user of the service:
- At the counter - the service can be received by the applicant or by a person other than the applicant, only if indicated by the applicant when ordering the service or authorized by the applicant;
- Through the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS);
- By courier service at the expense of the applicant.

Payment
A fee is charged for the service
Fee for 1 property in non-urbanized territory:
Ordinary service - BGN 0.50;
Fast service - BGN 1.00.
The normatively determined minimum fee, which is due for one statement is BGN 5.
Fee for 1 property in an urbanized area:
Ordinary service - BGN 0.80;
Fast service - BGN 1.60.
The normatively determined minimum fee, which is due for one statement is BGN 5.
When ordering and receiving electronically, the service fee is reduced by 30%.
The service fee is prepaid. The term for performance of the service starts running after payment of the due state fee.
