353 Provision of a copy in graphic form of a digital cadastral plan (excluding ownership data)

• Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) provides a copy in graphic form of a digital cadastral plan, which serves for reference, for preparation of investment projects, for assignment of development plans, elaboration of plot plans, etc. for territories for which no cadastral map has entered into force. The data from the digitized plan are up-to-date as of the date of its elaboration, which must be entered in the document issued by the agency.

Form and manner of ordering the service

The user submits an application:

- On site at the administrative unit for servicing the Geocard Fund;

- Electronically - e_mail or online application form;

- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).

Application.

Special requirements for the content of the application - must indicate: name of settlement, year of the plan, scope of the copy (eg the whole plan or part determined by the number of neighborhood and property or scope around a church, school, community center or other unambiguously identified object). The desired way of providing the service must be indicated.

Form and manner of providing the service

The applicant receives a paper copy of the plan, with data on the registration number of the application, which provides the service, names and position of the employee who made the service and date of production. In cases where an excerpt from the plan is requested, data on the name, scale, order number, year of approval, part (where applicable) of the plan, as well as data on the registration number of the application under which the application is submitted shall be entered on it. provides the service, names and position of the employee who prepared the service and date of preparation, as well as provides a copy of the scanned plan in the part where the data for order number and year of approval of the plan are written. All copies are signed and certified with the seal of GCCA - Geocard Fund.
