790 Provision of a copy of a cadastral map (excluding ownership data) in digital form on a magnetic medium for an urbanized area

• Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) provides a copy of the cadastral map or part of it for the urbanized territories in digital form (CAD format). Property data do not include property data.
• Based on:

• Decree № 293 of 08.11.2016 amending and supplementing Tariff № 14 for fees collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the regional governors, adopted by Decree № 175 of the Council of Ministers of 1998 - §. 3, para. 2

- 14 days from receipt of the notice for issuance of the administrative act.

• Restrictions and conventions:

- According to amendment (SG, issue 2 of 2021, in force from 08.01.2021) of § 3, para. 2 of the TFP of Decree № 293 of 8.11.2016, the service is performed until 31.12.2023.

- The application must indicate the territory and / or the identifiers of the properties for which the service is requested or a file containing the covering contour in CAD4 format is attached.

- The maximum number of properties that can be selected by one search and by map is 200.

- The service is provided electronically:

1. Through the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS).

To request the service electronically you must have a registration in the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS).

There are two ways of electronic application for registered users in KAIS:

- WITHOUT electronic signature, as the final result can be obtained at the counter or by courier service at the expense of the applicant;

- With a qualified electronic signature - if the application is signed with an electronic signature, it is possible that the final result will be obtained in the form of an electronic document in the personal profile.

Form and manner of requesting the service

The service is requested:

- Through the web portal for electronic services - KAIS (registration in the portal is required);

- With an application at the counter in the center for administrative service / application is submitted to the selected by the applicant RGCCAO, regardless of the location of the real estate /. When ordering a service at the DESK, the application is filled in electronically by an employee of RGCCAO - no pre-filled application is required.

- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SЕSS).

Form and manner of providing the service

The finished copy of the cadastral map in digital form is received by the user of the service in the way chosen in the application:

- on the spot, in the office of the center for administrative service;

- by courier service at the expense of the applicant;

- in the profile of a registered user in KAIS - portal, as an electronic document;

- through SЕSS.

Payment

A fee is charged for the service

ordinary service:

- up to 50 land properties - BGN 0.80 for each land property, but not less than BGN 10;

- from 50 to 200 land properties - BGN 40 + BGN 0.60 for each land property from the excess over 50;

- from 200 to 500 land properties - BGN 130 + BGN 0.50 for each land property from the excess over 200;

- from 500 to 1000 land properties - BGN 280 + BGN 0.40 for each land property from the excess over 500;

- over 1000 land properties - BGN 480 + BGN 0.30 for each land property from the excess over 1000.

Note: For an urban area, the fee for a simple service is collected, increased as follows:

1. for Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and the settlement formations of national importance - five times;

2. for the regional cities with the exception of those under item 1 - four times;

3. for the cities with the exception of the regional ones - three times;

4. for the villages and the settlement formations of local significance - twice.

fast service - The fee is increased by 100 percent!

The service fee is prepaid. The term for performance of the service starts running after payment of the due state fee.
