809 Issuance of a card to a qualified person

  • Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) issues a card of a qualified person only for natural persons as a certificate of legal capacity. The qualification card is issued according to a form approved by an order of the executive director of GCCA.

Requirements, procedures, instructions

Manner of requesting the administrative service

The eligible person submits an application:

- On site in the administrative unit of the register of eligible persons - Sofia, 1 Musala Str. (AGCC building, official entrance);

- Through a courier service of your choice and at the expense of the applicant;

- Electronically through the web portal for online services KAIS;

- On the e-mail of the Register of Legal Entities Виж имейла.... The application is signed with QES;

- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).

Form and method of delivery

The expert responsible for the register of the persons entitled to perform activities under the cadastre shall check the legal capacity of the person in the electronic register and shall register the application. After preparing the card, the expert notifies the qualified person by e-mail or telephone to appear for receipt.

The eligibility card is handed over personally to the person in the administrative unit of the register of eligible persons in AGCC or through a courier service at the expense of the applicant.

A fixed fee of BGN 12 is paid for the service.
